FAMILY OWNED EVENTS – RENTAL POLICIES & SERVICES

These policies are in place to ensure a smooth experience for you and to help us provide reliable, professional service. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

RENTAL TIME & FEES

  • Standard Rental: Up to 8 hours (same-day use) — included in all rentals

  • Overnight / 24-Hour Rental: Additional $75

  • Weekend or Multi-Day Rentals: Available by custom quote

DELIVERY & PICKUP (DELIVERY ONLY)

  • We provide delivery and pickup only at this time.

  • Delivery and pickup times will be scheduled and confirmed at booking.

  • All equipment will be delivered and picked up from a ground-level, easily accessible location (driveway, garage, or first-floor entry).

  • Equipment must be stacked back in the same location for pickup.

  • Additional labor fees may apply if items are not ready, not stacked, or require extra handling.

  • Equipment must not be left out in rain, sprinklers, or severe weather.

SETUP & TAKEDOWN

  • Setup and takedown services are available for an additional fee and must be pre-arranged and paid for in advance.

MINIMUM ORDERS

  • Chair Rentals (Individual): 10-chair minimum

  • Table Rentals (Individual): 4-table minimum

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your rental and secure availability.

  • The remaining balance is due no later than 2 days before your event (or earlier for large delivery orders).

  • Reservations may be rescheduled based on availability, but all deposits and payments are non-refundable.

COUNTS, LOSS & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Please count your items upon delivery. By accepting the delivery, you are confirming the count is correct.

  • The renter is fully responsible for all equipment from the time of delivery until pickup.

  • You will be charged for any missing, stolen, or damaged items.

DAMAGE POLICY

  • Renters are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.

  • Damage includes, but is not limited to, broken items, excessive dirt or mud, burns, cracks, or misuse.

  • Normal scuffs from regular use are considered normal wear and tear.

  • Theft, loss, or abuse of equipment will result in replacement charges.

CARE & USE OF EQUIPMENT

  • All equipment is delivered clean and ready to use.

  • Please keep items out of rain, sprinklers, mud, and extreme weather.

  • Do not drag tables or chairs across rough surfaces.

  • Do not stack wet items.

PRICING

  • Prices are based on single-event use and are subject to change.

  • Extended use beyond the agreed rental time may result in additional charges.

LIABILITY

  • While we take great care during delivery and pickup, the client agrees to release Family Owned Events from liability for minor property impacts related to delivery or pickup, including but not limited to marks on driveways, grass, or walkways.
